Please put your rental device and all other items into the supplied return envelope (return postage is NOT required). Then drop it into any japan postbox by the midnight on the return date. Postboxes in Japan are located anywhere in cities, airports and some convenience stores (lawson). When returning to the airport, there are no postboxes after the security check. Please make sure to return the items before proceeding to the security check. For postbox locations at the airports, please refer here: Airport postbox locations.

Please go to any Japan post office, including airport post offices or Lawson convenience store and buy a Letter Pack Lite, which costs 370 yen. You may request assistance at your hotel receptions. Please don't forget to write the return address on the envelope. The address is written on the paper instructions of How to Return. If you lost the paper instructions, please contact us.

Q. How will I know when the return envelope was posted?

You can be able to confirm from the Tracking Number written on the return envelope. You can track it here: JP Post Track Package. We will send an e-mail notification to you about three 3 business days in average when your return is completed.

Late charges of 500 yen per day will be billed if the rental item is not posted by the midnight on the return date.
You can send the package from your country at your own shipping fee expense. In such cases, please contact us immediately. Without any notifications, we will consider the items as lost after a week from your scheduled return date, and a penalty fee of 9,000 yen will be charged.

Yes, we can accept early returns. Please return it as instructed on the package/website.
However, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
