When should I order?
Please place your order in advance,
at least 3 days before your pick-up
date to get free shipping.
When and Where will the package
be delivered?
It will be delivered by the night before the
pickup date, the item will be delivered
to the pickup place you designated
during checkout. We delivered to local
post offices in the cities and airports,
Hotels, and Residences/Airbnb.
Where and How can I pickup at the airport?
You can pickup the order at the
post office counter located
inside the airport. For locations,
please refer here:
Airport Post Office Counter Locations.
To pickup the package in any post office
locations in the cities or airports,
please show your package tracking
number and your passport at the
post office counter. The recipient's name
on the package and the name on your
passport need to match. When the name
is different, they will not release the package.
Please pickup during operation hours.
Most post offices are open from
9:00 - 17:00 on weekdays.
What If I missed my package at the
post office, can you forward the
package to my hotel/airbnb?
Yes. we can forward it to your hotel,
residences/airbnb for an express shipping fee
of 1000 yen, please contact us
immediately.
Can I change shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping
address anytime until we ship.
If you would like to change your shipping
address after the shipment, we can
forward for a shipping fee of 1000 yen.
How to pickup at my hotel?
Your package will be delivered to the
hotel reception desk. Please ask your
hotel reception desk when you check in
at the hotel. The recipient's name
must be exactly the same as the
Booking name at the hotel.
How to pickup at Residences/Airbnb.
Many customers have trouble receiving
a package at airbnb. We recommend
to pickup the package at the
post office near your airbnb instead.
If you really want to be delivered in the
Residences/Airbnb, please make sure to
include the full name of the person/host
who is living at the address.
Please provide the Building Name
and Room Number. Please contact
your host/provider in advance
to receive your package.
SIM Cards Related
Can I make or receive calls and
SMS with the SIM cards?
No, the SIM cards only provides
data/internet connection. Please use
Line, Messenger, etc. to make voice calls
and messages.
What should I need to do after
inserting the SIM card?
You need to set the APN on your phone.
Please follow the APN settings specified
in the paper instructions provided
in the package.
Is my device can be use with the SIM cards?
To be able to use our SIM cards, your
device must be Unlocked/SIM-free.
Please check your phone details
in the settings before ordering.
Do I need to return the sim card?
No, you can dispose the SIM card
after the usage period.
Pocket WiFi Rental
About WiFi rental return.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, you will have to order a new one.
After you ordered, We will send an email
notification indicating the updated return date.
What If I lost/break the device or some part?
A penalty fee will be charged in the event
of loss or damage of the WiFi equipment
or some parts.

3. AC Adapter: 350 yen
4. Case: 300 yen
In case, you forgot to return the items
until the return date, without any notifications,
we will consider the items as lost after a
week from your scheduled return date,
and the deposit fee of 8000 yen
will be charged. Please contact us
immediately.
Refund Policy
Can I get a refund If I cannot
use the WiFi or SIM cards?
Yes, we provide full refunds, if the product
is defective. We do not accept refunds
for product incompatibility such as
the SIM card cannot be use because
the phone/device is NOT Unlocked/
SIM-free. Please make sure to check
your device details before placing
your order.
If the WiFi cannot establish a connection
because it is defective, please return the
item within 2 days from the rental start
date. Please send us a photo of the
problem and contact us immediately.
We will issue a full refund after we
confirm it is defective. If you do not
contact us in within 2 days, we can not
issue a refund.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
You can get a refund if you cancel the
order before it is shipped or before
your pickup date. We usually ship the
order 3 days before your pickup date.
